edtoscanoEd Toscano, is a trumpet instructor and singer that specializes in Frank Sinatra. Coming from New York City, where he was the owner and operator of hair salons. Ed is the former director of the choir at Unity Church Port Charlotte. He is active in the Charlotte County Big Band, Ingroov Big Band and a member of the trio that sings at Saturday Nite Alive.Jennifer Schemeiser, is an instructor in trombone and other brass instruments. Jennifer is a Music Education graduate from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Jennifer performed professionally and taught private lessons before returning to Kent State University for her Masters in Tenor/Alto Trombone as a performing artist. Jennifer married Peter Schmeiser and moved back to Florida. Jennifer has been an instructor in brass lessons and brass techniques to university music majors. She has been the principle trombonist with the Imperial Symphony Orchestra and performed with the Sigmund Romberg Orchestra. She has also performed with Anne Murray, Bobby Vinton, and the Sarasota Opera. Jennifer presently is a member of the North Port Concert Band, the Charlotte County Big Band, Ingroov, the Tamiami Brass Quintet and the North Port Orchestra. Jennifer and husband Peter love their home in North Port and share it with their two cats.
